3. Assessment
In a 2-hour session, we’ll gather the key details about your assets, liabilities, and contributions to help us prepare for a productive mediation.
$240 pp
2. Invitations
We invite the other party to take part in the process and explain how property mediation works. If they agree to proceed, both parties book an assessment session.
*If mediation proceeds, the cost of the invitation will be deducted from the cost of the mediation. See fee schedule in service agreement for more detail.

4. Mediation & Property Agreement
Over two sessions (4 hours total), we guide you through discussions to reach a fair, balanced agreement documented clearly in a Heads of Agreement.
